Petit bémol… la route pour se rendre à Sperlonga ! Mais c’est un détail par rapport à la beauté du site

Quel endroit de rêve ! Une situation privilégié et une sympathie du personnel qui fait plaisir ! On passe un excellent moment ! La piscine est une tuerie !

Absolutely stunning location. The manager sorted out a transfer and car hire for us but unfortunately we were not confident driving so had to stay in the hotel the whole time.The town had not a single taxi to hire.

Not able to get to town at all as there were no taxis available and it was impossible to walk anywhere.

The location has a great view: it is a bit more than 10 min away from Sperlonga and one can enjoy a nice panorama on the surrounding hills and sea. The common areas are well kept and good looking. The room was nice, although the door didn't close completely (a small draft was passing through). However the air conditioning was good enough to compensate. We couldn't try the restaurant as it was closed nor the swimming pool: I guess it's still too early in the season for both.

The shower gave us some troubles: on the first day it took a long time to have hot water, and it lasted for a very short time. After that it became abruptly cold again. We had to wait to be able to do a second one. The second day we tried to use the shower again after dinner but we had no hot water at all. Since more people (in other rooms) were around compared to the first day, we thought it was just a momentary issue and waited for the next day but we had no luck. At breakfast we explained the situation to the staff and they told us they already knew and were working to fix the problem. Unfortunately, they couldn't so they offered us to go to another room. It's nothing dramatic, of course: something can go wrong from time to time. Considering the price we paid, it was a bit unpleasant, though.
