The location is unbeatable, right next to the Frari, which enabled us to change our plans easily when the storm hit the city suddenly. The two bathrooms are both well designed. The AC was extremely quiet. There was also ample supplies of amenities and even with mosquito repellents, which were very helpful. The host has been also very responsive and gave clear check-in and check out instructions, and provided recommendations and guidance on local foods and sites.
The water in the larger bathroom gets colder as you shower so one has to turn it towards the hotter end constantly for the temperature to stay the same.

Perfect in all respects even for very demanding travelers as we are as family 🥰 it’s being looked after with maticular care and attention. We felt welcomed at all times by the property and the owner
Highly recommended especially for four adults . My wife and I we shared one side ( very private ) and our two sons 21 and 24 shared the other bedroom within the same apartment with a common kitchen..
amazing overall and made our trip to Venice even more memorable and valuable
