Casa da Roseira

A charming and serene property! The location is outstanding - close to the city center but remote enough for a quiet, restful stay while traveling the Camino. The hosts were absolutely charming - Kind, generous and most thoughtful. They really went out of their way to accommodate and welcome us. The room was huge, super clean and very well appointed and the property and accompanying grounds are lovely. I highly recommend Casa da Roseira to anyone staying in Ponte de Lima.

Le cadre est exceptionnel, un petit paradis au milieu de vignes et d’un verger. Emplacement très calme pour se reposer et profiter de l’extérieur. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et aux petits soins. Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec notamment des gâteaux faits « maison » et des fruits du verger. Nous avons adoré et y retournerons avec plaisir.

The accommodation is set in a beautiful vine yard in lovely grounds.It definitely exceeded our expectations.The accommodation is very spacious with a big bedroom and large living room with a separate curtained off little alcove with a single bed . It came with its own little terrace and the whole setting was so peaceful and lovely to come back to. Felipe and his wife were super friendly and attentive hosts. The breakfast provided in the farmhouse was fabulous. Lovely freshly baked bread rolls, the best pastel de nata we have had, various mueslis, yoghurts, fruits etc and homemade fig jam and freshly squeezed orange juice made from the orange trees on the farm. The owners really have put a lot of effort into the extra amenities they provide. There were various sorts of teas provided in the room, super big soft towels and really nice luxurious shower gels, shampoos, conditioner etc and a nice bottle of green wine was left as well. The walk into Ponte de Lima only took 15 mins and was very easy through part of the vine yard.
