Location and Room Size exceptionally good. Facility - amenities maintain somewhat in good condition.
Male front desk and room service staff behavior need to improve, many times they are "No responsive - casual attitude" engage in mobile. Entry Ramp is slippery, that is only entry point to hotel ( No Steps). Lift is not working on 2nd floor. Facility don't have restaurant.

Location and accessibility
A welcoming presence in reception is a straightforward positive behaviour, while a lack of it is a less welcoming one.
The receptionist might benefit from some training in customer handling.
