Close proximity to everything. Perfect location and comfortable beds.

This little place was fantastic! There’s not a pool or anything like that so you’ll be disappointed if you need that. We thought our 9-year-old would be but once I showed her the nature trail that runs along the waterway, she didn’t care about anything else! Location was great! Everything you need is close by. Very quiet. Will definitely stay here again!
There’s nothing I didn’t like about it.

It has a lot of nice amenities in a small amount of space. Cool and comfortable.
The ice maker came in very handy!
We had everything we needed!
We were a little confused on arrival because there was no external sign that said , “True North”.

The location was right near the bike trail and short distance to the beach. The coffee maker was updated and coffee was provider but I used my own coffee. The value, but next time I’ll pay more for a safer smoke free place.
I fell down the last stair due to it blending in with the floor and the hand rail stopped short hurting my foot which is now swollen and badly bruised. The place smelled like smoke and clothes smelled after leaving. The filters did help however my chest hurts. could not connect our phones to the internet because we could not find the username that was written in the welcome book. Communication was poor. I messaged several times with questions and updates and never got a response until I informed them about the multiple messages. I don’t feel like the owner cares that much about this place due to the first level residents chain smoking and the smell that seeps through the floor. The door does not lock.
