Very clean,good location except for the steep hill.
Found the lounge furniture uncomfortable.

Great location and base to explore the Lake District. The apartment had all the amenities we needed and was comfortable.
The lack of communication from staff, particularly leading up to our stay in regard to a cot for our child. Some fans would be helpful too as it did get quite hot and stuffy with the hot weather.

Good location, decent TV, fairly comfortable bed (though not perfect)
Radiators made an odd smell when turned on (dusting needed?). Seems prone to damp, especially in the bathroom as towels stayed wet and started to smell pretty quick.
