We loved the setting, the pool was amazing, and the beach and views. Breakfast was really good, and our large family was catered for well. We were given breakfast boxes on our final morning, as we had an early checkout, this was a welcome offering. A very relaxing massage was also a highlight, delivered in-room as a nice touch too.
N/A. The only thing that would've been nice was connecting rooms, or a family suite. But rooms nextdoor to each other was the next best thing.

The property is beautiful and not far from the airport of Koh Samui. The view from our room was beautiful. The hotel is very comfortable and we had a very clean room.
The language barrier, which caused us to have an un smooth check out which resulted in additional costs to pay, due to an additional service we requested at the hotel. We initially wanted to immediately pay our massages, but the hotel seems to prefer us to pay everything at check out, which isn’t convenient for us.
