A warm and congenial welcome, a real home from home.

The Bakehouse is an historic family home filled with antique furniture, art and religious artefacts reflecting the fact that Little Walsingham is well known as a place of Pilgrimage. The building is fascinating, the beds extremely comfortable & the hosts Justin & Charlotte very welcoming and interesting to talk to.

It was a Continental Breakfast and there was a lot of choice.
Catered for special diets and special requests.
We enjoyed the excellent breakfast.
The room was excellent and catered for our needs.
There was a cracked mug in the bedroom, but we didn't need to use it because there were three mugs for two people in the room.

The village and people were really nice and welcoming. It was a good base to go from as there are lots of stately homes around that area which is what we liked
The accomodation was a bit dated and run down and a bit dusty. The room was warm enough. The tea and coffee and kettle was outside the room which wasnt what we are use to and there was a item of underwear which was under the bed and was.not ours and when i used a pencil to get it out the item was quite dusty and dirty and looked like it had been there for quite sometime
