Location, views, facilites, free parking, Arthur's Point is a great place to stay not in the hustle bustle of town but lovely pub and pizza place close by. The walking tracks locally were also great.
It was impossible to control the temperature coming out of the ducts in the ceiling so although the apartment was nice a warm we needed the window open at night which meant it was a bit noisier. It would have been good to have instructions on how to control the central heat.

Very close to Coronet Peak ski field while still being walking distance to a few restaurants, bars and a corner store. Free on site allocated parking space. Very comfortable and well equipped modern apartment with lift access. Went in mid winter and the heating was excellent. Washing machine was handy.
Ideally you would need a car to stay here, though there is a local bus that services Queenstown.

Very well presented. It was great to have our own bathrooms. Very clean and instructions on how to access the property was very clear.
The first night we slept comfortably but the second night we were way too hot. Neither of us put the heater on or air con on so not sure why it was so hot. Somewhere around midnight I think the temperature changed and I was able to get to sleep. In the morning it was quite warm again.
Also, there needs to be a bigger bin in the kitchen.

Beautiful property. Comfy beds, everything was super clean and well maintained. Loved the detailed check in info that made it really easy to get info on anything you need. especially liked that you had videos showing how to use the equipment etc
The roadside is quite noisy, so hard to sleep in. Construction workers across the road have a generator running all day which I feel the property should mention in the booking. I think the river side might have been nicer, as you have no nice views on the road side.
