We had experienced very nice hospitality and the ambience, location was excellent. Front office was so cooperative especially Miss Shivani was so helpful even before we checked in. Her approach to the customer was very polite and took ample time to explain. Want to come back for one more time

Staff, hospitality and cleanliness were extremely good. I had elderly parents checking in to the property earlier. The staff looked after the arrival with patience and helped them settle well. Peaceful stay

Breakfast menu was very good , lots of choices on cuisines . Even the dinner buffet was excellent and exceeded our expectations in terms of choice and quality of food.
I think the bathroom exhausts need to be better and functional. The exhaust fans did't seem that they were working

The location is at prime
The service of room service can be improved. The room cleaning service really requires major improvement . The breakfast is repeatative and i was staying for 5 days 4 nights
