Außenelektrik muss überarbeitet werden

Super Aussicht, beheizter Pool, perfekte Sonnenlage, tolle Terrassenaustattung, saubere Polster.
Ruhige Lage.

Good location. Clean and with all the amenities
The bed could do with a new mattress the charge for heating the pool should be mentioned in the description.

Comfortable bedrooms, lovely view up the lagoon to the mountains. Wifi worked well. Arrival information was very good.
Very poor maintenance. TV remote didn’t work which wasted the decent TV and the good range of channels that appeared to be there. Lights in one bedroom didn’t work and no one came to repair them when asked. Badly leaking sink on arrival which was quickly fixed.
Dirty kitchen with a broken corkscrew and melted plastic implements. Chipped mugs. Few pool towels, broken surrounds of the pool.
Old clumsy furniture in the downstairs area. No information book provided for guests that do not know Gouna as we do.

"Great size, great pool, five minutes from downtown and 7mins from Abu Tig. If you’ve never been to Goina before both are amazing."
