Property was clean with everything you need and in a good location.

Overall, the stay was reasonable, but there were a few issues that could have been handled better. Despite checking in online, reception charged my card twice on arrival, with transactions of $3,300 and $1,000. This triggered my bank’s fraud prevention measures and resulted in my card being frozen. After some unnecessary back and forth, I eventually resolved the issue with my bank and paid the deposit. I was also surprised to discover that the deposit was $200 per night, rather than $200 per stay as advertised on Booking.com. This made for a rather stressful start to the stay. The soundproofing on the windows could also be improved. On one night, noise from the upstairs neighbours kept us awake. To be fair, the staff assured us this wouldn’t happen again, and fortunately, I managed to get a good night’s sleep the following night, which was particularly important as I was running a marathon. Finally, having a bath as an alternative to the shower would have been a welcome addition. Overall, while there were some positives, the payment and deposit confusion, along with the noise disturbance, detracted from the experience

The location was perfect for our needs on this particular trip. The entire kitchen was very useful. And the bathroom was clean as well.

Having to call each time to gain access to the garage to park. The parking space available not being wide enough to accommodate a large SUV with car seats installed. No access to a luggage cart upon check in and check out. Having no access to housekeeping even after calling and making a request which was acknowledged, documented and scheduled to be fulfilled. Having no access to trash pickup or the trash chute as it was broken. Being told to bring trash down ourselves daily which was necessary as we stayed with small children. Some staff friendly and others not so much.
