The hotel is next to lake and close to city centre. Easy access to transport, restaurant, shops and strolls along lakeside. Got a free upgrade to lakeside view room. The lake provides a serene, calm and soothing view. Hotel staff are courteous, helpful and prompt in service.

The location and staff very friendly. The free laundry service is a super bonus for travellers. They even helped you to load and place the clothes into the machines if they are all occupied and pack them into bags once it’s done.
The noise from traffic below. We had a river facing view and since the air conditioning were still not turned on, had to open the windows.
