Very clean and tidy. Communication with Chris was absolutely fantastic. Location was great - 5 min walk to the main resort. The park just outside the lodge was added bonus for the kids.

The location of the caravan was good especially if you have small children due to small adventure park right in front of the caravan. The terrace for the van was massive and included outdoor furniture and a bbq.
The bedrooms and beds were a good size and came with everything you would need. The van was lovely and clean.
The site had a lots to do from what we could see and the local area had shops and takeaways which apparently can be delivered.
Mablethorpe was just under a hour away and Skegness was 30 mins away.
Raf coningsby runway was very close to the caravan and on the last day as we were leaving we seen a great little airshow from a few planes.
Unfortunately the price of the campsite was too expensive for the 3 nights we were there but absolutely nothing the owners could do
