Lovely cosy one night stay between Luzern and Bernina train to Italy. Warm and inviting. Staff were helpful and friendly

It is high up in the village so just be prepared for an up hill walk if you don’t catch a taxi.

The location was actually a long and hard walk from the lake and station for a senior, and I was unimpressed with St Moritz.....all black Merc and Porsches....felt like the Mafia were in control! Breakfast was the standard fare, ok but uninspiring with a nice view.

The room was clean, spacious, and bright, and the staff were very courteous and helpful.

Our stay was pleasant in some respects, but overall, the hotel did not quite live up to our expectations. The property is noticeably dated, and there is a considerable difference between the photos presented online and the actual condition of the hotel. We also experienced several power outages during our stay, there was no air conditioning, and the Wi-Fi connection was consistently unreliable. While these may seem like minor inconveniences individually, together they had a noticeable impact on the overall experience. With some modernization and improvements to the basic amenities, the hotel could offer a much more comfortable and enjoyable stay. We hope the management will take these points into consideration.
