Très bon rapport qualité-prix A studio apartment in a large building with a doorman—well-laid-out, clean, well-equipped, and, best of all, very close to downtown Madrid and Gran Vía, the city’s main thoroughfare. Just a short walk from Plaza de España and the metro (only one transfer from the airport). It's also just a few steps from the Palacio Real. Great value for the money

On est dans la ville donc ça peu parfois être un peu bruyant mais la fenêtre à double vitrage isole parfaitement du bruit extérieur. We're in the city, so it can get a little noisy at times, but the double-glazed window blocks out outside noise perfectly.

It is a small studio flat located 5 minutes away from Plaza de España, and around 20 minutes walking from the city center in a quiet area. It is well equipped with everything that you need for a short or long stay. There is a local grocery shop around 7 minutes away from the apartment and a few restaurants just a minute away from it. The bed and pillows were comfy, and it has 2 big wardrobes.

The location was perfect, really close to plaza españa. It is good for solo travelers, bathroom is modern and kitchen well equiped.

The bed (sofa bed) and the pillows are uncomfortable. It was not super clean since I found some hair on the sheets, and dust. Also, AC is central so you share with the neighbor. Next door neighbor was smoking and filled my room with smoke smell. The host was really helpful in getting them to stop, but still an inconvenience.
