The location was perfect close to everything, Parking was easy considering we arrived on a busy saturday, we did manage to find a space. The distance from the carpark to the property was less than 5 minutes. The walk into York is literally 5 mins down Bootham, Fantastic Indian The RaJ opposite the property, Bootham Tavern great pub with live music and so much more on your doorstep.
Will definitely stay here again.

We didn't cook in the property and why would we ..we're on holiday !!
The outside area at the back was very small with a seating area, and was a little tired but had a great view of a lawn behind York art gallery on Exhibition square

Good location and plenty of space, we didnt use the kitchen except to make a drink but everything looked available. Iron and ironing board were welcome.
Tap dripping in the kitchen, the carpets were grubby and the sheets in the master bedroom smelled musty. No milk in the fridge to make a drink.
