The team gave very clear instructions, also very quick to responding to any queries. The apartment was very clean, in a prime location, allocated parking, rooms were of good size as described. The place had whatever you needed for a family stay of 5 nights.

The property was very spacious and nicely appointed. The location is ideally located to the City center and train station.
Both Friday and Saturday nights there was a very loud electronic music event going on until 3:00 am. The beds were platform style and a bit firm for me.

The apartment is in a great position for walking in to the city with places to eat and drink within an easy walk. The apartment was very quiet.
It was very clean and well equipped.

Location is great, very central (little bit noisy doe to building work directly outside and late night weekends bars but that’s what you get picking somewhere central so no issue). Beds comfy, apartment is stylish and spacious, staff very responsive and helpful when we raised issues
Dripping leak in the living room ceiling, not enough mugs/glassware for 5 people, half broken toaster (swiftly replaced by staff once reported), couldnt initially get the dishwasher working so spent the first couple of days handwashing - instructions didn’t cover the issue and maintenance didn’t seem to have a spare key to look at whilst we were out for the day. Previous occupants had left explicit stickers hidden in a couple of places which our kids found - not really the fault of the apartment of housekeeper, just unfortunate and a bit unpleasant.
