Lovely hosts, very comfortable bed and lots of lovely homely touches to make your stay cosy. Having your own access to the room was very handy and the private bathroom was nice to have. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Overall a fantastic stay.

We would have appreciated a blind or curtain to block out any light from the exterior door.

Central location, everything in walking distance and the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean . Room was well equipped- tea facilities, fridge with bucket full of ice, bottled water , fresh milk and Kit Kats. Bathroom clean and fresh , plenty of towels and towelling dressing gowns aswell as umbrellas ! Every need catered for. Met Michael - super kind and an excellent host.

Wonderful hosts - very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and there were nice touches of detail with chocolate bars, bottled water, bath robes and a coffee machine that added to the allure of the place. The bathroom is separate but is solely for guest use although. The bed was very comfortable and there was a sense of independence from having your own private entrance to the property. The property is situated in the lively Kemptown neighbourhood with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. There is a coffee shop just a few metres away on the same street as the property that opens at 7am which is ideal for any early risers looking for breakfast.

The steps down to the entrance of the room were quite steep and were not adequately lit when dark with no obvious switch (that worked) which could prove quite challenging for anyone less mobile.

I absolutely loved staying at this property and the hosts are wonderful.
