The location for an overnight stay after being at the SECC was absolutely amazing. The staff were so efficient and polite. Very comfortable room with everything needed.
A bottle of water in the room and a real teaspoon would have been nice but that just me be fussy. Weeds on terrace could be cleaned up.

Great location especially for OVO Hydro and SEC only a short walk to shops. Well proportioned room spotlessly clean comfy bed lovely shower nice toiletries friendly professional staff quiet
No teaspoons wooden stir sticks felt a bit cheap no mirror at table for doing hair/makeup. TV controls a bit of a puzzle and no information book/sheet in room ie how to contact reception

The breakfast was good and the restaurant was good. Staff were helpful as well.
The safe in the room did not work and there were issues with the drains in the bathroom. Residents could also not have a small meal in the bar at times and the hotel is a cash free zone.

Cleanliness
Broken Sofa cum bed meant for sleeping 2 persons. The hotel failed to repair the bed. To my surprise, the hotel was unable to provide even a mattress or blanket which could be used to let our kids sleep on floor (staff told us that they didn’t have spare mattress or blankets)
