Proximité du centre mais tranquilité. Trés bon rapport qualité-prix et une très grande gentillesse de Samuel.
Tout était parfait j'ai rien de négatif a dire.

i like the location, there is a grocery store just around the corner, there is a market close by, and it's close to the historic center. with kitchen. very nice host, very helpful. you could also book taxi or tours from him with economic price.
the water in the shower is not very hot and it;s small..

Spacious and luminous room, comfortable bed, clean bedsheets and towels. Plenty of place to put our stuff: bedside table, massive wardrobe, big sofa.
Shared bathroom wasn’t cleaned every day. On the second day it was not cleaned at all, so I had to live with the snort of my neighbour on the basin. The third day sink was cleaned but not the floor. Only on the fourth day it was finally fully cleaned.
The shared living room is dark and uninviting. The shared kitchen didn’t have proper coffee cups, the knife wasn’t sharp and there was no place to dry the plates or cloth to wipe the kitchen surface.
The location is pretty centric, just a few blocks from embudo street. At night or early morning there was always someone passing by with extremely loud music or shouting, so not the best area for sleeping.
