The location was great, straight in front of the beach and the AC was good in between the power cuts.
No sun loungers set up. Apparently it was too early in the season but it was Mid Oct and other businesses had loungers out. The fish although plentiful and much choice was displayed every evening on a table on the beach but not in a refrigerated unit. It did have a bit of covering from ice but there were a lot of flies on and around it. This put me off as it wasn’t all sold on the night!

The location is just on the beach. The beach looks to be the personal beach for hotel guests. But the rooms are very small and toilets are even smaller. The setup is temporary as they have to close it during monsoon period. Although we can not point out anything that we can complain of. Food is very expensive here in comparison to other beeches in Goa.
Toliets , showers in rooms do not have water pressure. Sand is there at all parts. Food was expensive.
