The Riad is located on a small side street, a little off of one of the main streets, and very close to the most beautiful of the entry gates to the walled inner city (Medina), Bab Agnou. It was very easy to find and return to, even late at night, because the street is well light and always busy with shops and local fast food restaurants (which actually served the second-best food we found in the city, the best being the dinner we had at our riad in the first day). The two gentlemen at the reception were excellent throughout our stay, helping us with everything. And the rest of the staff, which we encountered only briefly, did their jobs impeccably and were always very friendly. From what we've seen around the city, the quality of the riad itself is very good and they maintain a high standard of service. The room was small, but it contained a large and very comfortable bed, a walled-in cupboard with sufficient shelves and hangers, and a bathroom which had an excellent walk-in shower, hot water always, and even an extendable line for hanging clothes, or towels to dry, everything beautifully painted and decorated. We had breakfast every morning on the shaded roof terrace, the food served was not buffet-style but brought directly by one of the gentlemen at the reception, and it was very plentiful and tasty, including eggs, bread, vegetables, pastries, pancakes, cakes, cream cheese, fresh orange juice, tea and coffee every time. Overall the experience of staying here was great, to say the least.

There was nothing we did not like.

It was a beautiful Riad, slightly outside of the super busy areas, meaning we felt safe and it was nice and quiet on our back street, but still within a few steps of lots of things going on. The staff were so attentive I’ve never felt so looked after before, the food was amazing, and all the staff were genuinely so so nice. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly daily, the housekeepers are so friendly and will do anything to help. The pool area is lovely and so refreshing after a day in the heat - we went up there every afternoon The beds are super comfortable!! Which is always good The Riad organised our pick up and drop off from the airport and met us at either end which was a really good touch. They made sure we felt safe and looked after the whole visit. The riad is very authentic and nicely decorated we really felt like it was a great experience Marrakech is beautiful like nowhere I’ve ever been before, and we will definitely be back

I loved everything. If you want to be near the main square, it’s around a 20 minute walk, so not far at all for us, as we really wanted to be a little out of the busiest area. I know some people would prefer to be right in the main area

Everyhting was perfect, the room, the breakfast, the staff, Abdel was really nice and the cleaners too ! The Riad is much better in real than in pictures. Extra clean ! The rooftop is so nice and the small swimming pool perfect to refresh on hot days ! It's walking distance from the city center, only need a taxi to go to Gueliz or even you can take a bus from down the street.

Nous avons apprécié la fraîcheur du lieu, le calme, ainsi que l’accueil et le confort de l’établissement, bon petit déjeuner sur la Terasse et le calme des chambres que nous avons trouvé confortable.

Concernant le minibus (nous sommes passé par le Riad) réservé pour aller à Essaouira. Nous savions qu’un arrêt dans une coopérative d’huile d’argan était prévu, mais nous avons un peu moins apprécié le côté très attrape-touristes, avec des prix nettement plus élevés qu’ailleurs. De plus, même si on nous avait assuré que le trajet durerait environ 2h30/3h, nous avons finalement mis 5 heures à cause des arrêts. D’autres voyageurs dans le minibus avaient d’ailleurs eu la même surprise en passant également par un autre Riad.
