Nearby to beach and the balcony view was excellent
Not in tiptop condition. The bathroom shower was in bad condition.

Location.
Management of room/apartment key between hotel and owner, making us have to wait to check in.

It’s connected to the beach and was quite near to Escape Penang.
Far from main city. It’s quite an old building, so the facilities are not really maintained well and for me it is also kinda scary. Car park is also a bit of a hassle, need depo. Seems like the room is a privately owned, not under the management of the hotel/suite.
