Alojamiento impecable (tiene de todo y en muy buen estado), situación inmejorable (al lado de la playa y con vistas al mar) y muy buena atención (todo ha sido amabilidad y facilidad de contacto). Hemos quedado muy satisfechos, con seguridad que cuando volvamos a Las Palmas será el primer alojamiento al que recurramos. Muchas gracias Isabel por tu atención, nos has facilitado mucho la estancia.

L'appartamento è molto confortevole e corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione ed alle foto pubblicate (solo il divano è diverso, ed è in pelle). E' al 4o piano con ascensore, in un edificio completamente rinnovato negli interni. Ha un simpatico balcone con vista mare. Cucina completamente fornita di tutto, compreso lavatrice, non lavastoviglie. Letto matrimoniale largo 160 cm molto comodo, con punti luce. Siamo stati in marzo e non abbiamo avuto bisogno né di riscaldamento né di raffreddamento. Wifi perfettamente funzionante. Avendo l'auto a noleggio, abbiamo utilizzato il parking Padre Cueto attivando subito l'abbonamento per una settimana (39 euro) molto conveniente.
Il piano cottura non funziona subito alle massime temperature e non ci sono istruzioni per comprendere tutti i comandi. L'host è stato comunque disponibile a mandare un tecnico ma abbiamo preferito usare bollitore, microonde e macchina del caffè.

L ascenseur fonctionne un jour sur 2 !
On entend les voisins car ce n est pas insonorisé..c est dommage

+ Easy access to the building and apartment with codes (no need to take keys all the time)
+ Beautiful view from the balcony
+ Sufficiently equipped kitchen, including a washing machine
+ Air conditioning can be used for heating if necessary in colder days
We enjoyed the stay and would love to come back again!
- Two regular blankets in bed would be preferred instead of one large blanket
