Excellent value for money. Everything was perfect. Staff was nice and helpful. There was a good choice at the restaurant and the food was lovely. The pool is amazing and we would definitely come back!

Kacchapa is a lovely beachfront resort not far from Yoyos surf break. Everything here was really good - we have no complaints about food, the staff, the room or other amenities available. I would recommend organising transport through Kacchapa if possible as they seemed to have the best rates compared to other hotels we stayed at in Kertesari. Restaurant seemed to be very popular with people in other resorts.
If I'm being very picky, the pillows were a little high for my liking but this was not an issue for me.

Location on bay with beautiful pool and restaurant bar area. Nice little surf village atmosphere very chill and very quiet. Pristine beach.
Grounds need some maintenance but drought is causing issues in saying that a good tidying up would go a long way to improve the amenities. Renovation underway which are obviously needed to some parts of the hotel being 20 odd years old.

Restaurant.. a lot of the food on the menu and juices they didn’t have.. and they ran out of Bintang..other than that the room was good and the staff..
