Great location, very clean, beds comfy. Rooms were great sizes. Plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 children (room for them to play etc), onsite parking. Stayed for 2 nights.

Spot on customer service. Parking very useful. Short walk to Winter Gardens and promenade. Fresh milk in fridge nice touch.
I like a firm bed. It wasn't soft but perhaps many would prefer somewhat firmer.

Lovely clean apartment, beds comfortable and good kitchen facilities. Quiet and we were on the ground floor.
It was a cold weekend, but the radiators were barely warm, staying with a small child we had to take an extra blanket from the car for her.
Car parking, I chose here because of the free parking. However, we couldn’t park outside the property so had to park in the carpark which cost £11 and was across a busy road, also it is difficult to access the property if their parking spaces are full.
Toilet roll, thankfully I had read the previous reviews and taken a spare.
