1. Location ( since our itinerary was north based), 2. Access to all local amenities 3. Very comfy house 4. Domenico was also kind to share good local recommendations with us ( restaurants, local hotspots etc.) with us
Only 1 bathroom for both the bedrooms . While it worked for us since we were three , it may not work for larger families

This is one of the few times I genuinely have nothing negative to say. Everything was perfect, from the outstanding service to the cozy and comfortable apartment. The location was also excellent, with public transportation, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a cafeteria, and various dining options all within easy reach. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend it.

The guys were professional, communicated so weĺl and they were very helpful when we got there. Staying at this facility was one of our highlights in Milan. I only wished we had stay longer.
Nothing.

It is a large appartmant, clean, equipped and specious.
The single beds are extremely small, I would say for kids only. You can park on the street and your car gets scratched (our car was the only one scrached from a large line of cars from both sides). The reason might be that the property offers 15eur parking place and if you dont pay and decide to park outsede suddenly your car gets scrached so you change your mind for the rest of the stay!
