Best Western Plus Revanta Mcleod Ganj

An incredible stay at the hotel. I stayed for several days on my way there and for another 2 days on my way back, in a Deluxe Suite. Everything was wonderful—from the warm welcome to the check-out. The room was spacious; the shower, mattress, amenities, and soundproofing were all excellent. The service was outstanding, from the manager to the staff at the front desk and in the kitchen—everyone was very friendly and helpful. Congrats to the group! I’d also like to commend the transfer service they recommended, Yash Cab Service—punctual, friendly, professional, and efficient! I will certainly use both services again!

I really appreciated staying at Best Western Mcleod Ganj, all of the staff were extremely helpful & kind. The manger welcomed us into the hotel, the chef specifically enquired about our dietary preferences, the staff ensured our stay was comfortable and even provided a fire for warmth on the roof top restaurant as we stayed in the colder months.

Nothing to not like about this comfortable, clean and well catered for environment. The Taxi takes about 15 minutes to get to the market and Dalai Lama Temple at Mcleod Ganj and the drivers were always accomodating.

It's got a great location and terrace views of the mountains and sunset are terrific

The breakfast food spread was good and food quality was good.

When it was informed one day about breakfast/room service required due to health is not good. The service was denied. We offer to pay for the food under room service for breakfast then also the same was denied. The surrounding was noisy and spa was very poor.
