Location was fantastic and the house and garden was a great size
Property inside was quite tired and with only one bathroom it wasn’t a great shower

Location excellent
Difficulty actually unlocking door & dealing with lockbox. Didn’t like only one entry/exit & fixed windows. Unsure of exits in case of fire! Also, the roller blinds had looped pulls which are a strangulation hazard to young children.Wld have liked kitchen paper & tissues. Wld have liked more than one tea towel

The house was clean, smart and comfortable.
The host provided fast, accurate (and friendly!) replies to our queries.
I would have liked to use the outside socket to charge our car, and would have been quite happy to pay the £10 per day fee mentioned in the terms and conditions, but it was disconnected.
Some of the family would have liked locks on the shower-room and toilet doors. The downstairs toilet had 4 locks, none of which worked.
