Location but need a car. Organised staff. Great communication. Pool is excellent with its own poolside shower. Fast wifi and excellent AC. Private parking spots. Huge garden. Clean and very well equipped. Beach umbrella and mats provided! Short 2 min walk to the beach!
A lot of initial information and msgs that could be condensed into fewer msgs. But overall great communication from professional hosts.

Location and quiet.
No hot water in swimming pool

The place had good facilities inside the villa such as swimming pool , sun beds and all household appliances which made things easier. They gave a load bread , juice, jam and a bottle of wine which is nice of them to do so.
They had not been clear on how we can use our electricity and also did not mention in the description and also the flood lights we weren’t able to find and also the host didn’t tell us where they were located. The pool was not heated and the water was very cold and not really able to take a swim in it.
