Sunrise Tucana Resort Grand Select

I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, the view was amazing, and the location was very convenient, with all services and facilities close to each other. The staff were excellent, friendly, and always helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Mr. Amr at the reception for his warm welcome and professionalism, to Mohammed, Faris, and Samer at the Posh Club for their excellent service, and to Tamer at the beach for serving the drinks with a smile. Their kindness, attention, and outstanding hospitality made my stay truly special. They all deserve recognition and appreciation. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again!

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The food was truly outstanding! There was a huge variety to choose from, with 3 restaurants and a menu that changes every day, so every meal felt like a new experience. Everything was so fresh and so tasty, prepared with real care and full of flavor. We honestly looked forward to every meal. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean. The rooms, restaurants, pool areas and every corner of the resort were kept perfectly tidy throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Islam and Mr. Mahmoud at reception, Mrs. Heba and Mr. Mahmoud at Lucida restaurant, and Mr. Alaa at Yades restaurant. You made our stay unforgettable! Everything was perfect, and I'd love to repeat my visit to Sunrise Tucana very soon. Highly recommended!

Nous avons surtout aimé la qualité du service, le personnel vraiment attentionné, la propreté de l’hôtel, la qualité des restaurants et le confort de la Suite Lexie avec sa piscine privée. Le service Posh Club est également un vrai plus.
