Cannot fault the quality of the property, location or the team handling our booking, our whole experience was outstanding. The plumbing fault that was reported were attended next day. Only issue was one bedroom without working air-conditioning and could not be fixed during our stay (fixed the previous week but no follow up checks made), very hot nights and for the two people in that bedroom. The only key negative that impacted giving perfect scores across the board.
One plumbing issue with a u-bend pipe that was detached and leaking through to the floor was attended next day and fixed competently. There was also a fault with the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. It had been fixed but not checked, so we had one bedroom with no air-conditioning and no possibility to fix in the time we were there. More tea mugs needed, as 5-6 were not enough for a group of 11 people. The poolside sun loungers were not in great condition and could do with replacing.
