Location was perfect. Everything we wanted to see was close by. all walking distance.
met all of our expectations. Keep in mind there is no attendant on duty. functions mainly like an airbnb. there are 2 codes to enter the facility which is provided before you arrive. however, to enter the room, one needs a key card. do not lose the key card or accidently lock in the room

Wonderful host and beautifully modern, comfortable stay. Very grateful to have found this gem so close to the centre of Florence.

Amazing location and lovely decor
I booked and paid extra for a room with a balcony however the room given did not have a balcony and when I contacted the staff to question this I was never responded to. Very disappointing!
