Great value for a budget stay. As advertised - clean and quiet - no bells and whistles, but everything we wanted for a week long stay for a family of 4 with 2 little kids. Space was clean and a short walk to everything we needed from restaurants and cafes and the beach and shopping.
Rooms were comfortable and AC worked great. We didn't use the kitchen much at all - ate out everyday.
The Property Manager was extremely timely in all our communication and very helpful for the few questions we had.
The beds were very firm - just a heads up.
No air conditioning in the main area with the TV - just fans (AC in the bedrooms which is what matters).
Bathroom is a 4 walls with a toilet, sink and a shower - just be aware. It's clear in the pictures - just with kids - a wet floor after a shower is a bit of a hassle.

Great location close to restaurants not to far from beach. Quiet and private
The area it's in is not pretty because people obviously live there.

Location and clean
Wasn’t as described.
Was described as a single and a double in one bedroom, it was two singles in lounge.
Paid for 6 adults, but only had 4 adults and two children, so it was expensive relatively
