There were fans in the bedrooms which was a life saver in this heat. Great location for local transport. Back garden was also a bonus as we were able to sit out.

Close to tram stop, off street parking, excellent host, clean, packed with games to keep kids busy. Pool table, dart board, board games, xbox, basketball and swings in garden. Home from home

Our host was really friendly, helpful and communicative. The property had all the things we needed for our stay. Lots of toys for our daughter. Great value for money.
The property is single glazed and the traffic noise made it hard to sleep. The whole place could do with a little TLC (however was very clean despite feeling quite ‘lived in’)
