awesome location - in the heart of madrid but in the back of the building so completely shielded from the noise
all the stores you need at walking distance
spacious :)

Location was amazing. Even if it was on a busy street, I didn’t find it noisy at all. Everything was comfortable and working perfectly.
It was construction in the building so can be dusty but couldn’t really be helped.

emplacement, prix
pas de charme particulier à mon goût, la tv qui s'est mise en marche toute seule, le bruit dans le couloir la nuit

The bed is comfortable, the location is great and super walkable, the owner is very helpful and nice. Clear instructions to get in.
There is black mold in this property and the building, if you are sensitive to mold like I am I wouldn’t stay here. I had sinus issues the whole time. There was construction going on the whole time I was there and it is extremely loud. This is not a place to relax, but to sleep and then be out all day you might be fine. There was thick dust present in the kitchen. The remote to the heater/AC is broken. A good cleaning and an air purifier would make a difference.
