Excellent location and the most excellent receptionist - Nestor- who was so professional, courteous, efficient and friendly.
Nestor spoke excellent English and gave us some great local recommendations and helpful advice.

Lovely little room in a great location. We booked extremely last minute at 11pm after we missed a flight, and colleagues at their sister hotel around the corner were really helpful and checked us in even though it was very late at night when we got there. Located in central Las Palmas, sadly we didn't have time to explore the area but the bed was very comfy and the bathroom had everything we needed!
We had the very first room right as you come into the hotel and it was right above the breakfast area, so we could hear voices outside and clinking of cutlery in the morning. But that was it really!

Well situated in the stunning old town, super lovely staff, beautiful and spacious rooms
I’d chosen this hotel specifically for the swimming pool, and upon arriving noticed that it was closed for the month. This was not properly communicated at all. Reception is not open all day / evening so after a certain time there’s no staff available at the hotel, which didn’t feel safe. Especially when I came back from a long day to find my hotelroom door had been left ajar by the cleaning staff, all day…
