The breakfast included in the package was quite limited and lacked variety. Additionally, some typical items like manakish are charged extra, which is disappointing given the well-known Lebanese hospitality. Overall, the breakfast service lacks generosity. Moreover, there is no gym available at the property.

Location great. Superb views! Delicous breakfast, remained the same over the days but you can request for a change and they honor the request. Service excellent especially from the valet boys Hammoud, and Alaa. They made sure you were taken care of.

Weddings and parties nearly every night, staying in room 302 was very near to parties and the driveway so it does get a bit noisy. However all parties finished before 11pm. Hot water tap for the bathroom was behind the door, took a while to figure out how to get hot water.

I have always liked the resort’s excellent location and overall atmosphere. My previous stay was amazing, with wonderful, friendly staff and great service. In fact, I was so impressed that I recommended this resort to more than 50 friends from Australia. I still enjoy the location and would consider returning in the future

Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing compared to my previous stay. The room was outdated and poorly maintained. The bathroom vanity was blocked, the handheld shower head was broken, and the bathroom door lock and handle were faulty. I reported these issues, but only the vanity was fixed. Breakfast was also disappointing. On weekends, the buffet doesn’t open until 10 am, which is far too late. During weekdays, breakfast hours are more convenient. I was particularly disappointed that coffee costs an additional US$5, even with breakfast included. Having stayed in over 100 hotels worldwide, I find this unreasonable, especially when skim milk isn’t available. The service and attention to detail have declined significantly since my previous visit. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the rooms, maintenance, breakfast and customer service. After recommending this resort to so many friends, I am now unsure whether I should continue recommending it
