First off, amazing air conditioning. Comfortable and clean apartment in a great location for those looking to find amazing food spots and bars nearby, whilst being out the way enough to not be loud at night

Nothing much
No windows. Horrible part of town. Litter. Graffiti. Broken shelf. Tap very wobbly. No kettle. Awful plastic tiles peeling off wall. Cheap but rated too high.
