Lovely people, nice rooms, and an easy walk to the train made this the perfect choice for our stay. It's well located for getting around Kobe and to the exhibition center. Super comfortable rooms and friendly people. It's a big, busy hotel, so we didn't interact much with the team, but when we did, they were lovely.
No negatives.

Very central location
The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. We woke up with sore necks both mornings. Also, very odd check in process where you were handed off to a machine to get your room key rather than the reception giving it to you. Very inefficient as they had to employ a staff member to help you use the machine.
