The view from our room was stunning. We could use the terrace to hang out with our friends which also had an amazing view over the palaces.

Amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Sintra. Short walk to historic center. Tastefully decorated, clean, elegant. Our room was very comfortable with an amazing vue from the balcony overlooking the national palace and the old town. Breakfast is top notch, one of the best we’ve had. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sinitra without hesitation.
Parking can be a challenge. The hotel offers 2 free parking spots close by, otherwise, if those are taken, you have to park 2 kilometers away and take an uber. Communication via email or messaging via the app was hit or miss. Best to use whatsapp for faster response.

Beautiful central stay in the heart of Sintra. Well appointed rooms. Terrace and breakfast are great.
Could benefit from warmer customer service. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary here. A bit more of a personal touch would have been the icing on the cake.
