We had a wonderful stay at Kanonika Homes by the Sea and felt completely at home from the very first moment. The house is beautiful, comfortable, very clean and perfectly located, with a lovely view of the sea.
Our whole family truly enjoyed the time we spent here. Stavros was an excellent host: warm, welcoming, attentive and always ready to help.
Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and for making our family holiday so special. We would be delighted to stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend Kanonika Homes by the Sea!

Casa molto bella, con una vista stupenda (pini e mare), casa pulitissima e a meta' vacanza l'hanno pulita cambiando le lenzuola e gli asciugamani. A 5 minuti a piedi si puo' fare anche il bagno in un'acqua cristallina in una spiaggetta ciottolosa e stretta ma per un bagno e qualche ora va benissimo. Buona posizione a 10 minuti da Neos Marmaras e a pochi minuti da supermercati e altri servizi pur non essendo nel caos del paese. Ha vicino spiagge molto belle. Dotata anche di barbeque sul terrazzo e di lavatrice comune.
Qualche coltello in piu' che taglia :-)

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was amazing and Stavros was very welcoming and helpfull from day 1.
Location was perfect for us, family of 5. Very secluded, yet close to everything. The view is a dream! It takes 5-10 min drive to Neos Marmaras, as well to some of the nicest beaches on this side of Sithonia. The flat itself is more than comfortable, it has everything you need and there is a common washing machine that we used couple of times.
Cleaning personell comes on the 4th day and cleans everything, change the sheets and towels.
