Perfect room for spending a night or two. Very clean, lots of amenities. Enough room for 2 people. Walking distance to stores in the area. Friendly host let us in the secured building where our room was located. Simple yet efficient. Perfect for getting ready for a night out and place to sleep at a decent cost.
No huge issues at all. Maybe an extra 2 pillows to make it 4 or even 3. (Could always bring your own) we stayed on the lower level and could definitely hear footsteps above but was only from 7-9am sporadically. But I loved the old building feel so it didn't bother too much as thats during check out time anyways.
Was a little thrown off about parking cost added but when I saw the area, the car was in a safe area which made me feel better.

Attention il faut prévoir un peu de temps de marche pour rejoindre le centre ville mais cela ne nous as pas posé de problème.

Location. It has subway stations, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby.
1. The pillows are super thin. I needed to pad my clothes underneath to make my head even.
2. The AC airflow blows towards the bed, with no control to adjust it, making sleeping do cold.
3. The bathroom is very tiny.
