Localização, instalações novas ou recém reformadas, vista linda da varanda, café da manhã de ótima qualidade
Não sei se devido ao período de baixa temporada, o hotel não tem recepção 24h, o bar e o restaurante não estavam funcionando e havia limpeza nos quartos somente a cada 3 dias. Sequer retirada de lixo ocorreu. Ficamos com uma sensação de que entre 17h e 8h da manhã não há nenhum funcionário presente no hotel.

The breakfast was amazing, the location is also very nice. We liked that the hotel was really modern.
We had some issues with the check-in as the stay was booked through Booking... We did have to pay extra for "cleaning fee" as we stayed 2+ nights - we thought that this would mean that someone would come and clean the room/refill the coffee, however this did not happen. We are still unsure what the cleaning fee actually brought us. The staff was arrogant at first (when there were issues with the booking - they demanded we paid double and also suggested that we "wouldn't understand" why there was an issue with the payment).
