Location. Apartment was tasteful, clean and nice.
There is still an unpleasant smell in the stairwell, although they are trying to improve it with air fresheners. You can’t open window during the night to get fresh air as it is quite noisy outside in the early morning. Check-in prosedure needs improvement, definitely. We gave them arrival time and didn’t get any instructions nor via Booking or e-mail how to get into the apartment. We called twice, no answer. Third time she answered, just after she sent instructions to whatsapp. Quite unpleasant situation.

The facilities and the location.
The stairwell smelled strongly of a mixture of toilet and air freshener. Fortunately, there was no trace of it in the apartment.

The location and accessability to Porto attractions.
The shower was very small and no air conditioner.

The location is excellent and easy to get into the flat, even when arriving late in the evening. The apartment is nice and clean, but the photos do show it in better days.
The bed (two singles pushed together) and sofa are particularly uncomfortable. They is also a horrid smell in the entrance that the cleaner tried to bleach away, to no avail. I would also not there is no lift to the first floor, if that were needed.
