Location was excellent and the breakfast delivered to the room every morning was great.
The bell ringing on top of the building takes a bit of getting used to.

Excellent location right on St Marks Square - only a short walk to everywhere. Spotlessly clean and the breakfast delivered to the room every morning was a real treat
Nothing really - the second bathroom being so far from the second bedroom took some getting used to!

Receptionist is very helpful.
Room is a Wow factor!! Living room’s windows with the view of San Marco Basilica, the tower and Palace square. There is a spa bath and sauna room in the apartment which is a big plus! We loved it!!
I don’t mind the idea of breakfast is served in the room but it’s not convenient as we couldn’t get serving time that we prefer on our checking out day and we were rush to have our breakfast before catching our taxi boat to train station.
Difficult to find the property even we used google map and we were right at the apartment door as we didn’t know that we have to check in via their other hotel chain.
Master bedroom is quite noisy as it is paralleled by Alleys both side of the bedroom.
No English tv program at all…at least news channels it would be great.
Internet is a slow at some point, it probably because high usage from so many tourists on the small island.

L’emplacement. Hotel extrêmement bien situé, vue sur la place St Marc
Pas de service de petit déjeuner sur place. Nous avons dû nous rendre dans un hôtel voisin. Nous avons demandé une fois le petit déjeuner dans notre chambre, il est arrivé avec 1h de retard et froid…
