Cláudio is exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. He made our stay as comfortable as possible and, among other things, kindly drove us to and from the station, which was extremely convenient. The facilities are also quite decent and well maintained, and the location is convenient, with several public transport options available nearby. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and greatly appreciated Cláudio’s hospitality and helpfulness.
