The location is the best. In a principal street in Budapest. Across to the opera!
Bathroom are old and one of them doesn’t work properly

Nice high-ceilinged spacious rooms, with each bedroom having it's own bathroom, and a great central location for exploring Budapest
There is no lift so you have to climb a couple of flights of stairs to get to the apartment

Location was excellent
Things were clean, but in need of some minor upkeep (a couple non-functioning outlets, a broken window handle, missing door handle). Lack of furniture in bedroom to put suitcase on, kitchen dish towel, napkins or paper towels. Stairway to apt not well-lit
