Lovely part of Downtown Lakeland, walked to the nearest restaurant for dinner and was superb. Nice airy and comfortable with it's own parking space. All very easy to book/ check in and check out- thank you
We didn't know the number of the house prior to check in, so had to call to locate the property. But apart from this all else was perfect.

Cozy, safe neighborhood, front porch well lit.
Just a few touch up and tweaks. Talked with the manager about these ideas

Obtained to email the owner. The oven does not work properly. The oven thermostat does not work. When you turn it on it the elemant stays on high. It does not turn off when it gets to temperature. It will start a fire if someone is not paying attention. Our pizzas burnt in 10 minutes. Needs to be fixed sooner than later.
